3) Service requests
- Service requests must include accurate information (e.g., your name, contact details, vehicle location, and service needed).
- Estimated arrival times are approximate and subject to traffic, weather, and availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a service if information is inaccurate, incomplete, or unsafe.
4) Fees and payment
- Service fees will be communicated before dispatch or completion where possible.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept major payment methods via our processors. We do not store full payment card details.
- Refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case‑by‑case basis.
5) User responsibilities
By using the Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, lawful, and up‑to‑date information.
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
- Not misuse or interfere with the Services or engage in fraudulent activity.
